    Here we have a
    Very Nice
    tap extension, Like new looks like it has only been used maybe one time.
    I looked up the detailed info on this tool online but ebay does not allow me to add that link to this listing, I can email it to you, just ask.
    The .500" per foot taper used by these types of drivers and chucks are not standard morse taper, they are designed to be used with Scully Jones components, it appears to be just a touch smaller than mt2.  You should be able to contact S-J and they can tell you what type of collet fits this holder. Their page says it is for 7/16" taps or a metric size close to that size.
    The pdf file says it takes a collet chuck part number 05359 if it is a 3/8" capacity and a 05357  I am sure it is a split sleeve style chuck that slides inside this extension.
    The hole in the end measures .426" and the outside body diameter is .490"
    The shank is Morse Taper 2
