Take full control of your pellet stove with this Direct Igniter digital thermostat control board. This controller makes controlling your pellet grill very easy. Designed to fit all Country Smoker models, this control center lets you set your desired temp and automatically maintains this temp during the grilling process. You will have to connect the included RTD Probe to set desired food temp and the grill will automatically go into smoke mode when that temp is reached, which would prevent over cooking.
