    Description

    You are bidding on a WWI Canadian 1st Tank Battalion (Bn) Cap Badge.
    The badge is used and is in good condition with some signs of wear or age (toning). The backside of the badge is unmarked and has both of its original lugs that are firmly attached and straight.
    The 1st Canadian Tank Battalion was established in 1918 and was made up by Canadian volunteers, mainly students, chauffeurs and North-West Mounted Police to train on the Mk IV tank.
    Fortunately for them they never saw combat, because they were still training when the war ended. The unit was disbanded in 1920. Be sure to check out my other auctions for more military collectibles. Good luck and happy bidding!
